The BEST paleo chocolate brownies ever! Learn how to make fudgy paleo brownies with almond flour. This easy paleo brownie recipe takes just 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a 9-inch square glass baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and chocolate bar together until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and allow to cool.
Quickly whisk in the eggs, one at a time.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. The batter will be greasy and thick.
Bake in a 9X9 glass baking dish for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out almost clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. There will be oil around the edges but it will absorb within a few minutes.
Serving size: 1 brownie, or 1/16 of entire recipe
