A 15-minute, EASY homemade fig jam recipe - only 6 ingredients! Includes how to make fig jam, tips for making fig jam ahead, and yummy fig jam uses.
Slice the very top off of the figs then place in a large pot with the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 10-20 minutes, until it's thick.
Transfer to a blender or use an immersion blender to finish breaking down the figs.
Transfer to a lidded jar and store in the refrigerator.
