You'll love this paleo orange chicken stir fry recipe! It's EASY and BURSTING with orange flavor. Ready in just 15 minutes and perfect for a weeknight!
In another smaller bowl whisk together the chicken broth, 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar, orange juice, and 1/2 teaspoon tapioca or arrowroot starch.
Heat a large wok or stainless steel skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil to the pan along with 1 tablespoon minced ginger and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Saute until fragrant about 15 seconds.
Add the sesame oil and chicken in a single layer and sear for 3-5 minutes.
Add the orange zest, Sriracha and stir fry another minute. Add tomatoes and toss until combined.
Serving Size: 1/2 entire recipe as main dish or 1/4 entire recipe as side dish
