This Paleo Cookie Dough Blizzard has a creamy chocolate almond butter ice cream paired with chunks of cookie dough mixed in.
In a small bowl mix together all of the cookie dough ingredients until combined. Place a piece of parchment paper onto a plate then spread out the cookie dough onto the paper, freeze 20 minutes until solid. Cut into bite sized pieces and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
In a blender combine the coconut chocolate ice cream ingredients, blend until smooth. Pour into a freezer safe container with a lid. Stir every 30 minutes until frozen to the consistency of a very thick milkshake.
To serve top the ice cream with the crumbled cookie dough.
