Blend all ingredients except cookie dough in a blender until smooth. Pour the first layer into the molds and freeze until solid about 1 hour.
While the first layer is freezing make the cookie dough.
Divide the cookie dough between the molds and press down with your fingers to pack it down. Top with the chocolate base and freeze until solid about 4 hours or overnight.
