In a small pot over medium high heat whisk together the vinegar, water, garlic, ginger, honey, red pepper flakes, and cayenne.
Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes, then reduce to a simmer. Allow to cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Mix with the mayo and sriracha.
Serving size: 2 tablespoons
