Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into 8 English Muffin Molds on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
