Remove the outer layer of the Brussels sprouts and rinse under cool water. Pat dry.
Cut the sprouts in half lengthwise. Toss with the garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
