This Detox Lemonade is super refreshing, naturally sweetened with Swerve, and perfectly tangy. The addition of charcoal helps your body detox, you can also make this recipe without the charcoal.
Place 6 cups of the water and the lemon juice in a pitcher.
Heat one cup of the water over high heat. Add in the Swerve and charcoal 9f using, stir until dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the container with the remaining water and lemon. Serve over ice.
Nutrition facts are provided as a courtesy, sourced from the USDA Food Database. Net carb count excludes both fiber and sugar alcohols (though the latter are rarely seen on this site), because these do not affect blood sugar in most people.
