This rich, creamy paleo hot chocolate recipe needs just 4 base ingredients, plus optional superfood extras. Made with coconut milk, dairy-free hot chocolate will be your new favorite.
Heat the coconut milk and water in a medium pot over high heat, until it simmers.
Place remaining ingredients in a blender and pour in the hot milk. Blend until smooth.
Serve with a dash of cacao powder or cinnamon on top.
Serving size: 1/2 entire recipe, about 10 ounces
*To make date paste, soak dates in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain, then blend until smooth. Store in a airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
