These Baja Fish Tacos are perfectly crunchy and Paleo!
One at a time place the fillets in the oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. While hot, season fillets with salt to taste. You can also use an air fryer to cook the tilapia.
