Everything about this lemon pepper salmon recipe is pure perfection! Not only is it healthy and loaded with delicious flavors, but it is super quick and easy to toss together.

My salmon stir fry has fresh green beans, seasonings, and it’s drizzled in lemon juice. We go crazy for anything tangy at our house, and this one is a winner. Plus, lemon pepper salmon is light enough for lunch and fancy enough for dinner with friends.

Who doesn’t love a healthy dinner that literally takes no time at all to throw together? I know that the last thing I want to do after working and cooking all day is to cook another meal that takes more than 30 minutes. This one is even better. This 4-ingredient lemon pepper salmon stir-fry is literally ready in under 10 minutes! And if you have extra time, you can always spend more time making paleo desserts instead! 😉

How To Make Lemon Pepper Salmon

I can’t wait to show you how to make lemon pepper salmon – it’s one of the easiest dishes I’ve ever made. Three easy steps and less than 10 minutes, and you will be enjoying a wholesome meal.

  1. Melt ghee in a large skillet with medium-high heat.
  2. Place pieces of salmon in a single layer and cook each side for 1 minute. Add in the green beans and lemons and combine. Continue cooking for 1-2 more minutes, until the green beans are tender.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle with lemon juice.

TIP: You can make this even EASIER by using salmon that’s already skinned and cut.

Can you believe that’s all you need to do to make this tasty one-pan salmon? Now you still have time to make a tequila berry smash, sit back and enjoy a perfectly cooked homemade meal.

How To Tell If Salmon Stir Fry Is Done Cooking

The easiest way to tell if salmon stir fry is done cooking is by checking the center of the salmon to see what color it is.

You are looking for the salmon to be slightly pink and easily flake apart with a fork. If it’s overcooked, it will be white and turn out tough and unpleasant to eat.

TIP: Because you are cooking small pieces of salmon for this lemon pepper salmon recipe, it will cook super fast. Don’t overcook it, or it will be dry!

Salmon Stir Fry Add-Ins

Enhance the flavors of this salmon stir fry even more by adding in other healthy ingredients. Here are my favorites:

  • Mushrooms
  • Carrots
  • Bell Peppers
  • Bok Choy
  • Cauliflower Rice
  • Broccoli
  • Red Pepper Flakes

PRO TIP: When adding in various vegetables, you may need to increase cooking time to ensure they are adequately cooked. Remove salmon to cook veggies that take a while longer, like broccoli, for example. Then add the salmon back in when they are done. Cut vegetable pieces smaller, so they cook faster, too.

How Do You Store Salmon Stir Fry?

Store your easy lemon pepper salmon stir fry in the refrigerator in glass containers. They make cleanup a breeze and don’t absorb odors.

This easy pan-fried salmon recipe will last 2-3 days an in the fridge. You can reheat it by placing all the ingredients in an oven safe baking dish and warming up at 275 degrees for 13-15 minutes.

PRO TIP: Don’t reheat the salmon stir fry too quickly, or it will get dry and tough.

Thaw in the fridge the night before and it will be ready to eat the next day.
