Easy Paleo AIP Recipes
For those following both AIP and paleo, this section is for you.
AIP stands for Auto Immune Protocol, which is a type of elimination diet that is a subset of the paleo diet. It has strict guidelines on what foods should be eliminated based on nutrient density and inflammatory properties. Common paleo diet foods that are not allowed on the AIP diet include nightshades (like tomatoes and peppers), eggs, nuts, seeds, and alcohol.
Fortunately, there are still plenty of easy AIP recipes you can enjoy! Here you'll find lots of paleo AIP recipes for every meal of the day.
If you are following a regular paleo diet that isn't specifically AIP, find all my other easy paleo recipes here.
