Hi! I am not paleo, but I have to be rice free and gluten free so paleo baking recipes work well for me. I do not, therefore, need to use coconut sugar. Can I substitute regular cane sugar for it? Thank you. The rice thing is a new diagnosis, so I am anxious to start baking again!
Holli
Hope this isn’t a stupid question but why couldn’t I use butter instead of ghee? Thanks for your time and recipes.
Lauren
Hi Holli, Butter would not be strictly paleo but you can definitely use it if you’re ok with it. 🙂
