This Detox Lemonade is super refreshing, naturally sweetened with Swerve, and perfectly tangy. The addition of charcoal helps your body detox, you can also make this recipe without the charcoal.
Lemonade is a summertime favorite of mine, what I don’t love though is the shear amount of sugar that’s packed into every glass. Enter Detox Lemonade!
This low-carb lemonade is made with fresh lemons, all-natural sweetener, and if you’d like a bit of charcoal.
Where do you get this charcoal you ask? Activated charcoal can be found at almost any pharmacy or grocery store, really.
Don’t need a digestive boost? Just leave out the charcoal and you’ll have one delicious glass of keto lemonade, no sugar crashes allowed!
You can also use limes for limeade, or do what I do most of the time and use half and half! So good!
